This cape is in good condition, particularly the outer wool, but the inner lining has some holes and runs, the runs in the fabric being at the neck wear it sees the most wear.
This is not unusual with outerwear of this age, in my experience.
One size fits many, shown here on a small.
It is warm and I like that it has real sleeves rather than being open at the sides. I would definitely consider it warmer than most other capes I have had come through my shop.
