R. Crumb / Robert Crumb "Odds & Ends"

This is a collection of works by my favorite artist, Robert Crumb. I recently read a very thick biography about him, and it made me think again. I feel like he's a person destined to perpetually add to the hatred needed to draw comics. He's that awkward in the real world, and not very good at navigating society. In my personal opinion, he's like the Van Gogh of the subculture and underground comic world. He can't help but draw, diving into the pool with the feeling of drawing his own story on paper. He's a beautifully trapped, eternal hero in my mind. I don't know where I feel the sympathy, but I want to support him forever.
