Since this mirror is a few years old, there are some things to take into consideration. Firstly, the lights DO strobe and then shut off for a second. It may need to stay plugged in to work. Charging port may not work properly. Try plugging in the mirror and then plugging it in again. May have some mild damage from age and wear. Strobing may affect those with photosensitivity and similar conditions. Be sure to have a different charging port handy just in case. Bluetooth still works as long as the mirror works.
